Every booking is a complete package. You get full-size professional casino tables, an experienced croupier on each table and a three hour dealing period. Your guests receive fun casino money, and our croupiers teach the rules as they go, so nobody needs to know how to play beforehand. We deliver and collect everything on the same day, and public liability insurance is included. If the party is going well and runs late, extended playing time is available.

There is no real gambling at any point. Guests play with fun money, so there is nothing to license, nobody can lose anything and guests of every age can join in. Our oversized fun money bills can also be printed with your logo, a name or a custom design, and guests often take them home as a keepsake.

The Six Tables We Hire

We hire six tables, and most of our bookings combine two or three of them:

• Blackjack, 6ft x 4ft: quick to learn and popular with mixed groups.

• Texas Hold'em Poker, 8ft x 4ft: for guests who enjoy a more involved game.

• 3 Card Poker, 6ft x 4ft: a classic poker format at a slower pace.

• Dice/Craps, 6ft x 4ft: loud, social and great for building atmosphere.

• Money Wheel (Wheel of Fortune), 6ft x 4ft: no skill needed, so everyone can join in.

Leave room for guests to stand around each table. If you are unsure whether your space will work, tell us about the venue and we will confirm what fits comfortably.

How the Evening Works

Our team agrees delivery and setup times with your venue, so the tables are ready before your guests arrive. Once the doors open, guests collect their fun money and wander between the tables. Croupiers explain each game, answer questions and keep the pace right for the room, quicker for confident players and gentler for newcomers.

At the end of the dealing period, many hosts present a small prize to the guest with the most winnings. It is a light-hearted finish and gives the night a clear shape. When the evening ends, we pack up and take everything away, so you are not left with anything to clear.

What Affects Your Quote

Every quote is built from scratch, because no two events are the same. These are the things that shape it:

• The number of tables and which games you choose.

• Your guest count, which decides how many tables keep queues short.

• The length of the dealing period and any extended playing time.

• The date, since Fridays and Saturdays, and the weeks before Christmas, are the busiest.

• Your venue, including its location, access, lifts and loading times.

• Extras such as personalised fun money or a photo booth alongside the tables.

The more you tell us about your event, the more accurate your quote will be.

Choosing the Right Mix of Tables

A small gathering of 30 to 40 guests suits two tables well, for example roulette and blackjack. For 80 guests or more, three or four tables keeps the flow going and stops queues building. One table comfortably handles around 6 to 10 players at a time, with guests rotating through the evening.

If you want a game that suits everyone, add the Money Wheel. It needs no skill, and it draws in the guests who would otherwise watch from the side. If you have poker fans in the room, a Texas Hold'em Poker table or a 3 Card Poker table gives them somewhere to settle in for the night.
